Thoughts
Thank you, thank you, thank you, to all who attended the funeral and I apologies if I never got the chance to thank you personally. It was comforting for me and our family to know Nick was loved by so many. On another day, to see so many friends and family together, it would have been such a happy and joyous occasion.
It is still difficult to believe Nick has gone.
A heartfelt thank you also to all those who have reached out to me and the family offering kind words and help. Your kindness at this time, has sometimes been overwhelming but at the same time comforting to know there are people we can turn to.
I know that those of you who knew Nick, will also be suffering loss and will be grieving. I hope that the sense of sudden loss and grief will be short lived and be replaced by the happy memories we all share of Nick.
Nick has left this world, but her love for us is still here in our hearts. May this mutual love keep us going until we all meet with her again XXXXX.
